Repair service

Even after the purchase we are there for you and your customers. Our own repair and service department offers you a service that is becoming increasingly rare these days. We take the time, if it is possible with reasonable effort, to repair products. With this we would like to make a small contribution to a more sustainable product life cycle. In addition, we carry a very wide range of spare parts in stock, which allows your customers to easily replace wear parts themselves at any time.

If the repair is not covered by warranty, we will provide you with an estimate.


Once you have confirmed the estimate, our service department will take care of the professional repair.


Your item will then be packed and returned to you.


With constant use in everyday life or during heavy loads during stunts and tricks, repairs are not always unavoidable, even with high-quality products. You are the first point of contact for your customers in the event of a repair. If your employees don't know what to do in a particularly tricky case, our own repair and service workshop will step in so that you can offer your customers the best possible service at all times. Karl Rohr is our service technician with a heart. Whenever necessary, Karl supports you with his extensive expertise. In this way, we ensure that you can offer your customers excellent after-sales service. We keep our promise at all costs. If we are unable to repair a product, we offer very accommodating solutions. For example, in warranty cases, we will replace the affected product free of charge.


We make every effort to deliver the products you order in perfect condition. Despite proper use, a product may be defective or malfunction. If you wish to return an item due to a warranty claim, our goal is to minimize the hassle. Therefore we recommend you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) (Return Merchandise Authorization) online. In most cases, problems can be resolved without returning the item.

The turnaround time of repairs depends on various factors:

Basically, it should be said that we take a maximum repair time of 14 days. As a rule, however, repairs are completed within 5 working days.

All items are covered against manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. Wear parts or incorrect use by the customer are not covered. The warranty is based on the manufacturer's specifications for each product. Just4motion AG cannot provide a direct warranty for defective products. However, it is our business ideology to offer adequate assistance to each customer in case of problems (according to the product). In case of improper handling of the products or manipulation of the product, we decline any liability. Just4motion AG is not liable for any misconduct of the customer in the care and/or handling of the delivered items. We ask you to read the corresponding in the instruction manual to be observed.

The item must be in its original packaging and unused. The packaging must be in perfect condition and resalable. All accessories must be included in the scope of delivery. The costs of the return are not covered by Just4motion AG. Our logistics will check the item when it arrives. If everything is in order, our accounting department will gladly credit you the purchase amount of the item.

Unfortunately, in rare cases, damage may occur during transport. For this we would like to apologize on behalf of the whole company. We will be happy to discuss such cases with our forwarding agent and come back to you with a solution.
