Shop / Customer account

To become a customer of ours, you need a valid extract from the commercial register. You can register on the following page: Become a retailer.

Your company must be active in resale and have a Swiss commercial register number.

Click on "Forgotten password" in the "Login" section. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. If this does not work, you are welcome to contact us by email at info@just4motion.ch or phone +41 41 611 02 02.

Go to your customer account under "Change password". There you can set the new password.

Assortment / Brands

This question can not be answered in general about the whole assortment. In the Just4motion newsletter and in Shop we always inform you about new brands and manufacturers that we have added to our range and which might be exciting for you. If we enter into new partnerships in distribution or expand our assortments, we will also actively inform you. You will receive the latest and exciting news in our newsletter. You can subscribe to the newsletter at any time at Shop under your user account.

We offer products in the areas: sports, baby, leisure and toys. In our Shop you get an overview of all available assortment areas.

Conditions/Prices

Occasionally we carry products for which scale prices are shown in the online store. If none are displayed, we can not guarantee scale prices or quantity discounts in every case.

The purchase prices of the products will be displayed automatically after successful registration in our Shop . You can find our delivery conditions here. We will gladly send you our complete conditions sheet by email upon request.

Shipping / Delivery

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive the tracking number by email. With the tracking number you can track the delivery and get information about the status and location.

For freight forwarding deliveries there is no tracking option yet. In most cases we let DSV-Logistics deliver the goods. If you have not received the delivery, please feel free to contact us.

Yes, partial deliveries are possible in principle, but must be discussed with Just4motion AG.

If the order has not yet left our warehouse, the order can be canceled at any time. Please call us on the following number +41 41 611 02 02.

As soon as an order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation with the respective tracking number on the deposited email address. Under this link you can track the order. For delivery with a Shipping we can unfortunately not provide a tracking number.
